Magyar Ingatlan Tanács (MIT) is the Federation of Hungarian Real Estate Associations whose objective is to foster the creation of professional autonomous associations for the different groups or individuals involved in the real estate sector. Also MIT strives to set up, to maintain and to develop international relations, to assume the representation of the Hungarian real estate profession, to promote the exchange of experiences, to expand the profession background, to improve the education system for real estate professionals and to set up the standards of the sector from the analysis of the real estate profession inside and outside the country.

MIT has been a member of European Property Federation since 2008, an organization having its headquarters in Brussels, where we have opined all real property-related directives of the period between 2014 and 2020, and we are constantly assessing the impacts of the directives on the real property pools and thereby on the costs of the operators.

Subject: Expression of interest

The proposed project “Global renovation approach based on added multifunctional units to create extra value” “MORE-VALUE” is highly innovative and addresses the main challenges in field of near zero energy building renovation. The project will deliver an innovative near zero building renovation methodology and system based on multifunctional technical elements integration into renovation design aiding toolbox in order to facilitate to find the optimal combination of available renovation solutions to achieve the near zero primary energy consumption after renovation.

My institution expertise is in the real-estate sector and I have the personal responsibility for that. Therefore, I feel very interested and comfortable to be involved and contribute to the specification of requirements of the novel approach and to contribute to its wider applications. I would like to express our interest to join the Local Advisory Board of this project.
